Our Chinese Distributor, Guangzhou Zeer, completed their first commercial AirPixel deployment at a major music and motorbike festival near Changsha. The UWB-based tracking system was mounted on stage structures to support post-production visuals for future promotional content.
In mid-October, our largest distributor, Zeer, supported a music and motorbike festival near Changsha, Hunan province, marking their first commercial project using the AirPixel system.
The tracking beacons were mounted on the event’s lighting and sound structures to provide accurate position data throughout the performance area. Although a nearby ancient temple would have offered a scenic installation site, its use was understandably off-limits.
While the system enabled real-time graphics capabilities, the primary goal was data capture for post-production, supporting the creation of promotional adverts for future events. We’re looking forward to seeing some of these productions once released.
In the meantime, here are a few behind-the-scenes photos of the Zeer team at work.
